- General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment, or offer an alternative where applicable.
- Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. Any shipments outside of the United Kingdom are available upon vendors discretion.
- Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you whilst your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Please note different vendors may quote different despatch and delivery times.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 3-5 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Due to multiple vendors supplying through our site products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas, for large or heavy items or special delivery options. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
- Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact the relevant vendor as soon as possible. Should you struggle to reach a resolve with the specific vendor please contact Customerservice@condimentstothechef.co.uk

You are entitled to a refund provided your purchase firstly complies with our cancellation policy.
You can return unopened items in the original packaging up to 14 days from your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact your vendor with details of the product and the defect.
Our Vendors are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason contact your Vendor within 14 days of your order, to let them know and if need be to discuss a refund or replacement item.
A couple of things to be aware of:
By law, unless they are damaged or faulty, you cannot return or obtain a refund for i) perishable items including food or ii) personalised items made to your own specifications except where you have selected from pre-determined options or standard off-the-shelf components.
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product before you’ve spoken to the Vendor and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund or replacement.
Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch of the items. If you change your mind please notify the vendor as soon as possible. In most cases after 24 hours on a business day or 48 hours on a weekend the processing of your order will have started and the cut off for cancellations will be limited.
Once an order has been dispatched it will fall under the returns policy.
